In the modern facilities of BMT Baps, for manufacturing, packaging, and R&D studies, there are 5 ISO Class 7 clean rooms which are completely electronically controlled and monitored 24/7 real-time for parameters such as temperature, pressure, air exchange rate, and so on.

All raw materials and equipment used in the manufacturing process are supplied from companies of European and American origins that have the highest technological capacities, and this way, the highest possible quality is aimed for our products.

Our R&D unit in Hacettepe Technopolis is focused on new product strategies to meet clinical needs in different medical fields with their innovative medical approaches. Following new trends and clinical implementations in medical areas; our project teams keep to provide innovative and successful biomedical solutions for clinical needs in orthopedics, cartilage regeneration and arthroscopy, while at the same time expanding our intellectual capital.
